Pre-CQC Inspection Visit:
"It was our pleasure to have the CIA 'Mock Inspection Team' with us - the two days went extremely well and they both confirmed the areas of improvement we expected, which was reassuring to know that our own identified priorities were accurate.
The insight they were both able to give, and the ideas and suggestions, was extremely useful and the team were left feeling very inspired."
Post-CQC Inspection Feedback:
"We just wanted to say a massive thank you. Thanks for your insight and feedback - we actioned everything you suggested and came away with a CQC inspection report with no actions in it!"
Jamie Anderson, CEO Age UK, (Wirral)
"Starting up a brand new care & support company can be challenging, especially getting everything right around CQC support, legal and compliance. Building a relationship with our partners Care Improvement Associates has helped our Quality team to form and develop systems and processes to a high standard; not just satisfying and complying to the CQC, but ensuring our policies and procedures are bespoke and in line with Adjuvo's standards and principles. Samuel and the team also have a depth of experience around quality and compliance that is second to none. They are supporting Adjuvo in reviewing compliance and quality of potential acquisitions and then reporting back with recommendations as part of due diligence. They are also able to offer training and development to staff. Samuel is also a pleasure to work with, we share the same ethos and values to ensure care and support is of the highest standard and helps people supported to flourish and reach their goals and potential."
Mark Lovell, Chief Executive of Adjuvo Care & Support Ltd.

"Using an external 3rd party to undertake quality assurance inspections has always been a central part of Nexxus’s quality strategy. Care Improvement Associates have proved themselves to be highly efficient, capable and knowledgeable. The CIA associate was thorough and produced a report that was accurate and detailed, allowing the Nexxus senior leadership team to draft and implement our quality improvement plan. Starting a new care service from scratch is always difficult; growing from a zero base to 800 hours per week in a little over 12 weeks is fraught with problems. Using CIA has allowed Nexxus’s to ensure we cope with rapid growth whilst adhering to our quality goals and ethos. I look forward to the next visit booked for 4 months time."
Simon Crowther, Chief Operating Officer, Nexxus Care.
“The Care Improvement Associates consultancy has been excellent. The regulatory specialist that CIA sent to us definitely understands our specific model and we are confident that he is the right person to support us on our journey.
We have throughly appreciated the input and look forward to our future workings.
We would certainly recommend Care Improvement Associates.”
Maria Flanagan, Head of Operations, Gray Healthcare.
I wanted to pass on how super it was to have Hilary for the two days. She was a perfect match for Auburn Mere, she had some great ideas and I learned so very much from her in just two days.
She did exactly what I had hoped she would do, she looked in from the outside and gave me some great tools for the future. She was able to give me practical, doable steps to work towards outstanding. It was like a two day supervision session for me, with practical outcomes, it’s just what I needed.
I discussed the issues I’ve not been able to solve by myself and she gave me some very practical methods of solving these. She was encouraging, inspiring and honest.
I’m really glad I did this and can’t wait to read the report. Sam, I’ve followed you on linked in for ages and can see why your company is going from strength to strength. It’s the quality of service you’re offering, Hilary delivered everything you said she would, she clearly loves what she does and had great pride in telling me about the great company she’s working for. Thank you for this great service.
Marlene Kelly, Registered Manager
