 I wanted to pass on how super it was to have Hilary for the two days.   She was a perfect match for Auburn Mere, she had some great ideas and I learned so very much from her in just two days.   

She did exactly what I had hoped she would do, she looked in from the outside and gave me some great tools for the future.   She was able to give me practical, doable  steps to work towards outstanding.   It was like a two day supervision session for me, with practical outcomes, it’s just what I needed.
