"Using an external 3rd party to undertake quality assurance inspections has always been a central part of Nexxus’s quality strategy. Care Improvement Associates have proved themselves to be highly efficient, capable and knowledgeable. The CIA associate was thorough and produced a report that was accurate and detailed, allowing the Nexxus senior leadership team to draft and implement our quality improvement plan. Starting a new care service from scratch is always difficult; growing from a zero base to 800 hours per week in a little over 12 weeks is fraught with problems. Using CIA has allowed Nexxus’s to ensure we cope with rapid growth whilst adhering to our quality goals and ethos. I look forward to the next visit booked for 4 months time."
